From invention to enforcement and exploitation

Mandy Haberman Founder and Creative Director of Haberman Global Innovations Limited and successful inventor/entrepreneur, best known for the Anywayup® Cup, will recount her experience of being an IP Inventor and entrepreneur at a public lecture on intellectual property entitled:  “A rocky road or a well-trodden path: From invention to enforcement and exploitation" at Bournemouth University on Thursday February 8 2024 at 18h00 (BST).

On Wednesday February 7 2024 Mandy will hold a IP Master Class on both the Law and Design aspects of her experience in protecting and exploiting product design through intellectual property to an audience comprising students from both faculties at Bournemouth University.

Built on intellectual property, Mandy's career has spanned over 30 years. Mandy is an advocate of IPR, committed to raising awareness, educating and campaigning to help make it more accessible for SMEs and individuals. She was awarded Female Inventor of the Year in 2000.
